Throughout the years, I have devoted my time and heart to performing. I hope to use my art to inspire change and spark conversations. Theater is the best way to put yourself in another person’s shoes, and I hope that my art can make audience members see a perspective different than their own. Understanding inspires empathy. This is a motto I live by when I am performing. I like to do as much research as I can in a role so I can give the audience the tools to discover something new about themselves or others around them. When we take a look outside of our worldviews, we understand the entire world, not just our own. My goal is to keep this message a part of my career forever and to always put my best foot forward in preparing to share a character’s perspective.
